Tv remote was missing a battery, we had to drive out to a cvs late night to purchase batteries. TV Has an Amazon fire stick but no access to it and only “hotel style cable”Kitchen was a closet with a table in it. BarelyEnough space to function for us since we had to cook all our meals there. If you plan on cutting veggies, bring your own knives.Body wash was an old watered down bottle of Olay? Good thing we brought our own soap.Bed was soooo creeky.Upstairs neighbors sounded like elephants walking around early morning. Woke me up over and over both mornings we stayed there.Had to reach out to the owners on our way there to get instructions on how to find the place and enter the unit as the company who they have manage it, never sent us instructions and were not responsive via message on the app. The first time I reached out they sent me info of some random property owner in CT??If you’re just looking for a place to sleep at night while you explore wine country, this is good enough. But if you’re planning a getaway with your loved one and plan on staying in and spending quality time together, this is simply not worth the price. Owners were responsive and kind, offered us an extra night to stay for our troubles, but I had to get back for my son so I couldn’t take up the offer. No other offer to compensate us was given for our troubles beyond allowing us to check out late even though we had already asked the day before and they had approved our late checkout.

A few suggestions:Include property map and highlight your unit. It was a nightmare trying to find it.Be sure to add # key after 4-digit code.It could have been cleaner. Found a used diaper under dresser by waste basket.

    Manager's Response:

    From the owner:
"Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you had difficulty locating the unit and that the cleanliness wasn’t where it should be. While the resort provides signage and a detailed map, I understand how navigating a new property can still feel confusing, and I’m glad we were able to guide you in over the phone.

Regarding the entry code, the pound sign is already included in the check-in instructions, but I’ll take another look to ensure everything is as clear and easy to follow as possible. I’ve also addressed the cleanliness concern with my team to prevent this from happening again.

I appreciate your suggestions and the chance to continue improving the guest experience."

Perfect for a weekend getaway to Napa. Quiet and peaceful setting and centrally located for visits to downtown Napa and Yountville. We loved it!
