5/5 After an unexpected hospital visit for my father in law while on vacation, he needed a place to recover for a couple days before flying back home. This property was perfect! The owner was so amazing, kind and helpful. It is spacious, clean and has everything you need.
They were able to accommodate a same day check in for us which was huge. When we got to the property they even helped us golf cart my father in law to the front door of the home because he was having trouble walking. We will definitely stay here again any time we are in Napa and highly, highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much!
Heating in condo did not work-very cold stay
2/5 Thermostat was not working. Called “customer contact” and sent out repairman who got it temporarily working. Stopped working the next morning when it was35 degrees in Napa. We left that morning because it was very uncomfortable- we will not be using your service again..

Hi Karen, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize for any issues you had.
We communicated with you while at the property assisting with the door code and also the thermostat. After you were unable to get it working the manager came by to show you how to use the thermostat and it was working. There are no issues with any of the items you had problems with it was that you couldn't get them to work, we're sorry for the inconvenience but we have had lots of guests who work them fine.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
