  This home was perfect for our girls get away! Clean and comfortable inside - super comfortable beds. Everything we needed! We will rent again. A couple of downsides were a ring camera on the patio. This is where we hung out every night to catch up and chat. This did make us a “bit” uncomfortable. Totally understand it on the front door. Porch and patio furniture cobwebs everywhere. We took care of it but it did seem like it hadn’t been looked after in awhile. Otherwise - great weekend and we let neither bother us!

  Thanks for the nice review. We will have that camera removed in the backyard.
  The backyard camera was installed to view to backyard following landscape cleanup. We will also make sure that the cobwebs outside on the patio chairs are maintained. Thank you for your feedback.

• Cleaning

  This was a great house! Our only complaint was that we had to strip the bed sheets! I don’t think we ever had to do that before in a rental! Plus empty the trash in bathrooms. I think when you’re paying a cleaning fee then this should be taken care of by the cleaning service.

  Per our cleaners response.
  “Yes, we ask guests to please gather all their trash and dispose of it where stated. A lot of people don’t take out the bathroom trash but we do like for them to do it. That way you don’t miss it being picked up on trash day. A lot of people leave dirty diapers in bathroom trash and we’ve also seen uncapped insulin needles (that actually stabbed one of our cleaners once) and things like that that can stink up the house or cause harm to our cleaners.
  We like the beds to be stripped and sheets left on the bed that way it’s very clear that the bed was used and it’s less handling the cleaners have to do for the sheets.
  These things are standard across the board with all rentals I have ever cleaned from multiple companies I worked at before I started mine and since we’ve been doing this for almost 10 years now. You will rarely have anyone complain about something like that because it is absolutely standard for the safety of our cleaners.”
