1/5 Ants everywhere crawling on us. Furniture is ripped up and broken. Bare minimum dishes. Beds are 6 inches off the floor. Easy check in process.

1/5 ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Site said "two story home" - house has been converted to 2 units. I was alone when I arrived (wanted to get things ready for family the next day - groceries, cook etc) - only to find out men where living in house also - separated by a wall. No sheets for the beds, only 4 towels, dirty dirty dirty (see pics), no coffee maker, no vacuum (i needed it) - just GROSS. Do not stay there you will regret it. And I use VRBO ALL the time and have always had GREAT experiences. Just this house is BAD!

- The home was professionally cleaned prior to arrival, and when concerns were raised, we immediately offered to send the cleaning team back.
- We also extended the option for a full refund if you preferred to cancel, as well as provided a partial refund to accommodate your concerns.
