Exceeded expectations.
5/5 A wonderful new and fully modern “cottage” with complete privacy and quiet. Modern, spotless bath and kitchen with modern appliances. Very well equipped. A ten minute drive to Mendocino village with its shops and restaurants. A short drive to all the attractions of the Mendocino-Fort Bragg area. Checking in was smooth and flawless. We would definitely stay here again.

5/5 We loved our stay at Quail Cottage! The location was perfect, surrounded by Redwoods, secluded and felt very private. The home was absolutely spotless! It felt brand new and really luxurious! We hope we can stay again!
Perfect Little House
5/5 Stayed for a couple nights this summer with my teenage daughter and niece. The girls loved it. Looks just like the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked. Short drive to downtown, beaches and trails. There were no window coverings in the main living space which I thought was weird at first but then we watched the evening light come through the trees. Beautiful. It’s very quiet and peaceful. You have your own little nook on the property with trees all around. Perfect for what we needed to explore Mendocino and Fort Bragg.

5/5 Loved the home! Stayed here with my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint!!! The host added such thoughtful touches like mosquito repellent (which I accidentally forgot). We had such an amazing time disconnecting for a couple of days.
