Pros - nice complex, nicely furnished and clean, underground parking that could accommodate our subaru and roof taco, easy check-in
Cons - LOUD - master bedroom is adjacent to the parking garage motor and the overnight outside fluorescent light. Bedroom vibrates every opening and closing of garage. And you know that hum that fluorescent lights make? Super loud and bright all night long. Also, upstairs neighbors were pounding on the floor, dragging furniture around - sounded like a herd of elephants - so be aware there are upstairs neighbors with hardwood floors and thin walls. Do not recommend if you are sensitive to noise at all or need a good nights sleep.

-Regarding the issues mentioned, as the property hasn't been in use for a few months, we will be personally inspecting these matters during our upcoming visit. We believe that the noise concerns might be isolated incidents, as we have not encountered any disturbances from the upstairs unit before.
-Additionally, we will address the lighting issue. As an individual sensitive to such matters, particularly noise, it has never been a concern for us personally. We are aware of its significance and are keen to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.
-Concerning the garage door noise, we acknowledge its existence and understand that it may affect particularly noise-sensitive individuals. We are open to disclosing this detail in the property listing to manage guest expectations effectively, especially given the recurrence of this concern.
