Perfect location to walk to the village. Had a great time!!

In the photos the condo looks much bigger and more upscale than it is. It has everything you need, but it’s smaller than expected - especially the second floor loft area which is pretty small, has roof supports through the area and no heat.
It worked fine for our group and was in good location (hottub a block away was great), but wasn’t as nice as expected. Host was helpful and responsive.

"Hi, Sally, thank you for your stay. I am sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations.
-Our listings are carefully built to reflect our properties in an accurate light and we use professional photos so guests have an idea of what to expect.
-The condo is over 1200 sq ft and the loft has roof supports since we are on the second floor. There is usually no heat dedicated there as in most lofts in Mammoth the hot air goes up and it can be really hot when all heaters downstairs are working. We have had no issues with guests complaining of it getting cold, even in the middle of winter storms last year. We suggest opening the windows at times to let heat out of the loft when all downstairs heaters are fired up.
-We try to maintain the condo as much as we can and routinely swap out furniture if needed. There will be expected wear and tear on some of them from getting used and we plan on switching them out soon.

Love the Seasons 4 area. Condo was also great.
The condo is in a great location. We arrived during a blizzard and check-in was easy. However, the floors were filthy and there was dog and human hair everywhere from the previous guests. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were still dirty. The room manager was traveling so her responses were very delayed and she made some broken promises. So it was a bit disappointing.

- Thank you for staying in our home and providing feedback. We would like to apologize for not meeting your expectations during your stay, as we strive for our guests to have a wonderful experience
- As stated in our listing, we're a pet-friendly rental. Our cleaners try very hard to remove all the pet hair, but remnants can be left behind. We purchased a brand new pet-specific vacuum, and we are pleased to inform you that it seems to be working well based on the feedback of our succeeding guests
- We did rectify the situation with you when we refunded you your cleaning fee as you requested and did not charge you additional cleaning fees when you left the condo in a less-than-stellar condition
- Before a guest arrives, we send a comprehensive welcome email with pertinent instructions about our condo, so it lessens the confusion and the need for guests to ask questions
- - We hope you understand that it can sometimes be hard to respond to late-night text messages, especially since I was traveling and in a different time zone during your visit, but we try our hardest to respond promptly since we live in California
We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
