Scenic but …
4/5 A spectacularly sited home, high up on the Bel Air hills, peaceful, quiet and with wonderful views. Could and did spend all day out on the expansive pool deck enjoying the setting. Very spacious inside, and Owner was very responsive. However, except for relatively new bathrooms, the house is dated and quirky and minimally furnished. Bedrooms were hot during the day, and there were not adequate window coverings to keep the bright morning sun out. A downside of the location high in the hills is that mobile phone coverage (Verizon) was unreliable and renters should be prepared to rely on text messaging or wifi-based apps such as FaceTime, WhatsApp, etc for calls.

Lots of space, beautiful view
5/5 The house is great, it’s very large, there was lots of space for 7 of us. Not walking distance to any restaurants or anything, but it’s nested in the hills so the views are beautiful. Nice big table outside on the patio - great for some cards. There was a wine and beer fridge outside as well - but they weren’t turned on.

5/5 We had a great stay. The house was large enough to accommodate our 7 people, and each bedroom had its own bathroom. It’s located in the hills, so beautiful views but not walking distance to anything. Large table on the patio, great for some evening cards.
