Would not recommend due to lack of cleanliness, difficulty getting what we needed, only stayed for one night of our booking
1/5 We had really high hopes for this space after we met the host who was very gracious when we got there and the space looked clean when we arrived. However, we ended up being really disappointed and honestly grossed out with the space.
We ended up only staying for one night of our two night stay due to how dirty the space was and had to book a second hotel room because of how gross it was and felt.
The floor was extremely dirty and left our feet black after we showered which made us have to wear socks/shoes for the rest of the night. My completely new socks ended up covered in grime and my partner's feet had dead ants on them after walking around for a few minutes.
In the morning the floor was covered in ants which ended up all over and inside our luggage. The bathroom also had a layer of grime on the counters which made us uncertain of if any of the surfaces or kitchenware in the space were clean.
Additionally, when we pulled back the covers to go to bed, we found that the bed was partially made and we were not provided with sheets for the bed (only a top sheet that was folded on the side of the bed) and no pillow cases.
When we requested additional sheets, we were told we had everything we needed even when we had already looked in the linen closet and bedroom closet for sheets. In order to get the sheets from the host, my partner had to walk to their house to retrieve them and they were for a different size bed leading us to believe there weren't sheets for our bed.
Lastly, when we went to use the ice for our water, we found that it had a lot of dead fruit flies in each ice cube, which made the kitchen feel even more dirty.
