Long Beach weekend
4/5 The property manager is EXCELLENT. She is sweet and kind and professional and very helpful. The neighborhood is a bit noisy especially late a night and early in the morning. The house needs some TLC paint is chipping off everywhere, the windows have paint on them it just looks messy and unkept.

Comfortable fun home
4/5 Overall this home was comfortable inside. Fun old house. We didn’t feel comfortable in the area and were very nervous outside at night. Only 1 place to park and almost impossible to find a place for our second car. Had to walk a few blocks late at night.
Interior was clean and comfortable.
Host was very good with communication.

Good for short business trip
5/5 My coworkers and I were in town for an event at the convention center and stayed here for three days. The middle “bedroom” is not private but the bed is comfy, it’d be best for a family situation.
Otherwise it’s good. Location is convenient to downtown and the kitchen, bathrooms are compact and well appointed.

Adorable Accomodations
5/5 My family of four, which included two alomst not teenagers anymore, really enjoyed our stay. We were out most of the time but when we did have down time it was quiet and relaxing. The neighborhood was friendly with people walking their dogs and families headed to school in the morning. It is very close to downtown and easy to get in and out of.
