VRBO stays are about good sleep and homemade food!
3/5 The beds here REALLY need replacing! They are noisy and old, with little support: main queen with attached bath caused husband and I to always roll toward each other; Day bed twin was seriously old and the springs are felt under the bedding; the 2nd queen frame and mattress made enough noise to wake us when son was moving around. Also, there is a tenant in attached apt which allows for sounds to come through into master room - like a hotel... The kitchen pots/pans/cooking utensils was less than adequate for cooking for family.
I have mentioned the kitchen needs to the host. They were very responsive.

I apologize that the beds did not meet your needs. My family and I live in the house from November through March each year, and we have not experienced any issues with the beds. Additionally, other tenants have not reported similar concerns. However, I understand that comfort is subjective, and I take your feedback seriously.
To address this matter, I will arrange for a specialist to evaluate the beds and ensure they meet the highest standards of comfort.
