Country peace and quiet
5/5 I stayed with my grandchildren for the 4th of July activities with nearby friends. The rental is set on a country property overlooking a pond (not for swimming) with ducks and 2 friendly cows.The rental has 3 nice bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen that is well stocked with small appliances including a Keurig, air popcorn popper and plenty of cooking pans.The owner graciously left a welcome snack basket and water in the refrigerator which was much appreciated as it was 107 degrees!The living area and dining area are comfortable for relaxing. The beds are comfortable and there are ample linens and towels.Morning coffee and evening wine are a wonderful way to enjoy the covered porch that overlooks the pond area. My granddaughter summed our stay up with "this is the best, I hope we stay here again" and we will when we are back in the Auburn / Lincoln area.
