• Great Property, But Not Ready for Prime Time

  We got there Friday night after a very long travel day, only to discover that the water had been turned off by the city for non payment. The concierge was very helpful but it was after 10pm until we had any water at all, which happened because we had to run around trying to figure out where the water main was only to discover the city had a lock on it. The other piece that was very concerning is that the fence in the back had an agressive German shepherd taht broke a hole in the fence, and we didn't feel safe about our pup being in the back yard while the other dog was on the other side of the fence. Some other small things like no trash bags, the house not being cleaned thoroughly for the past 2 weeks (we know because of the fedex envelope sitting there from the city), patio screen door laying against the house, BBQ propane tank empty, were not as big a deal but just said that the property wasn't ready for occupancy. Good side, great location, great new furniture and TVs, superfast internet, very comfortable property....I think this would be a 4-5 star if they had someone go through it thoroughly before putting it on the market.

  The house was big enough and had a pretty well maintained front and back yard ( a full orange tree was a plus!). The house needs a little tlc and I hope that someone removes the front porch eyesore furniture. The bedrooms were spacious. It would also have been nice if we could have used the garage for parking.

• Great spacious place

  We love this house it has so much spacious for up to 3 families. The house was really clean and very well furnish. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, all the rooms and bathroom were clean.

  We were 12 people and it was perfect for everyone to have their own space.

  Perfect for families with kids for them to have scape and not everyone in just one room like the hotel. Orlando and his wife were very kind and help us with our request and questions.

  We hope to stay here in the future again!
