Some Family Time in Lake Arrowhead
5/5 Wanting to spend some time in Lake Arrowhead with our adult kids and grandkids, we planned a long weekend trip. Even though I liked the house when I reserved it, it was even better once I opened the front door. Parking in the garage made it easy to unload our luggage, food, and other items we brought. The open space in the bottom-floor was big enough to accommodate ten people easily and we felt no need to use the second-floor family room. The flat yard was a big bonus and the umbrellas provided shade anywhere we wanted it. Three of us took naps in the afternoon on two consecutive days. From the house to the lake, it’s only a 2-3 minute drive. Some of the adults went fishing and hiking, and the kids went swimming at Tavern Bay. The whole family had a great time and we are definitely coming back.
