I wish the beds were cleaner
3/5 The house was great, overall everything was great just 2 of the rooms the sheets were dirty. The one room I stayed in the bed and pillows smelled really bad. Im glad I took my own sheets. Otherwise it was a nice house. Very Spacious. Also the room with the smelly sheets the palm tree room had no blinds on the big sliding room so it was tough to sleep there.

-Dirty sheets and pillowcases are unacceptable, and we acknowledge that this is the first issue with our otherwise excellent cleaning service. After addressing the matter with them, we are confident that such occurrences will not happen again.
-Regarding the blinds on the sliding door, they were damaged by a previous renter. Despite our efforts to repair them, they proved irreparable, leading us to replace them. Regrettably, the replacement couldn't be completed before your rental, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

5/5 This is a great property! The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. You can’t beat the location if you like Blue Jay! Walkable to everything you need. This cabin would be tough to navigate in the snow. A VERY steep driveway would prohibit garage access during the winter months. There is an upper parking pad which is very convenient. Property management wasn’t easy to contact after hours. You have to speak with the answering service. A few things were missing like remotes for fans and the Roku and if you have a large group, you may want to bring some towels. But those are all things that happen at a rental anyway. Overall a great experience!
