Winter trip 2023
5/5 The property is everything VRBO states it is. A wonderful clean, modern cabin with everything you’d need to cook meals, do laundry and some board games for the kids! Alicia is great with communicating before, during and after the trip. When we arrived the driveway icy but luckily there was a fast response from the manager there and we were able to safely get into the garage. Our kids didn’t want to go home! Thank you Alicia for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!

My Stay in BlueJay
5/5 We enjoyed our time. We actually were hunkered down for a storm which caused wind, rain and snow but cleared up by the time we left. Water pressure and the warmth of the water is my biggest complaint as we never used the Master shower because the water remained cold. I would make that a priority when booking the next time. Overall, stay was relaxing

Mountain enjoy!
3/5 This week Edison company are working Lake Arrowhead and Monday right by the house with noise from 7:30-3:30 - 8 hours. No heat, ice box, no cooking etc.!! Edison told us they notify the owners by e-mail. We were not informed!! Lost our first day had to eat out!We only used the garage once after scraping the cars by the very steep driveway. Parked herafter on the street.It would only be fair to inform in the house description about this inconvenience . The owners might consider redoing the driveway if they want to rent out their house.

- We apologize again for any inconvenience caused by the power outage. The homeowners were not aware that Edison would be working there, but they have contacted the company to ensure they will be informed of any outages in the future.
- Both the homeowners and our Evolve team contacted you to apologize and offer compensation for this, but we did not hear back from you.
- The driveway can be seen in the listing photos, but we are sorry if you had trouble with it. We will update the instructions to let guests know they should take it at an angle to avoid scraping.
