- The keys for the unit and community amenities are located inside a lockbox on the front door. The code is 7611
- There is a backup lockbox available on the back of the unit. The code is 6374
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- If you need to arrange a later check-out time, please reach out to the Guest Contact
- Return the keys to the lockbox. If used, please return the additional keys to the backup lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept in beds unmade
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Please text the Guest Contact when you check out
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
