  The house was okay. The kitchen and common area were spacious. The hot water heater meter located inside the house made a nonstop banging noise that could not be stopped. The owner was contacted about the problem, but she dismissed it. The one bedroom was very noisy when the house heater next to the wall came on so we had to turn off the heater at night in order to sleep. There were two small beds on the floor in one bedroom with very thin mattresses suitable only for small children. We were 3 adults needing three bedrooms so that was a problem. The pool and the spa are not heated so not usable.

  - The sound you mentioned was coming from a timer for the water heater, which made a light ticking noise during operation. That timer has since been removed to ensure a quieter experience.
  - The HVAC system is less than two years old and functions as designed. While the unit is located outside the bedroom wall—a common setup—we understand that sound sensitivity can vary, and we’re sorry for any disruption this caused.
  - The two twin mattresses are not standard thickness, and we appreciate your note and will take it into consideration as we look for ways to improve comfort for all guests.
  - As noted in the listing, the pool and spa are not heated, and we always strive to be transparent so guests can book with confidence.
  We truly value your comments and will continue making improvements to offer a relaxing and comfortable stay for all future guests.

  Wonderful home. Perfect for a 11 day rehab for my daughter after knee surgery. My husband loved the clean pool and the yard layout was so nice. Very clean.

  We had a great stay here. Everything worked well and communication was great. We really enjoyed the location and the amenities. The twin bed(s) were definitely for kids - two thin mattresses that we stacked to make one bed that worked ok for an adult. That was the only part that differed from the photos. Thank you!

  We stayed here for a week and loved almost everything about it. So roomy and very homey. Everything you need is there. All places we went were within a short distance. Only thing that was disappointing (which was totally my fault) was the spa. The spa is not really a spa. It is just a small area of the same cold water as the pool. The description did indicate there were no heat nor jets. We were there during hot weather and the pool was freezing. The heat outside doesn’t warm up the water at all. Maybe a sun cover would help when not in use. That being said, don’t let that sway you away. This place will not disappoint. The owner was extremely quick to any text as well. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.
