 - 1012 Temple Hills Dr, Laguna Beach, CA 92651
- From Pacific Coast Highway “PCH” & Thalia St in Laguna Beach:
- Take Thalia St (1/2 mile) until it ends in Temple Hills Drive where you will make a right
- Drive past the house on your left (2 white garages & a grey one) and continue driving past the white divider at the upper end of the street
- Make a U-turn in the wide area and come back. 1012 will be on your right and the white tower of St. Catherine Church of Siena on your left, please park next to the wall. There are 3 “public” parking spaces

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Please note that this rental is not a traditional full house; it consists of 2 combined studio units
- Please text the Guest Contact when you check in and check out
- Please contact the host in advance if you need to arrange an earlier check in or a late check out.
There are two lockboxes with one key for each door that gives access to the combined units ( two units are combined in one). The code is 2872 for either lockbox
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please reach out to the Guest Contact if you need to arrange a later check out
- Please inform the Guest Contact when you have checked out
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- For your safety and privacy please log off from ALL apps you have logged in on the TV
- Double check to ensure you have all your belongs. However if you do realize you have left something of value behind, please contact us ASAP. We are not responsible for any items left behind and there is no guarantee we can find it or get it back to you. However if it is possible, we will ask you to provide a pre-paid/pre addressed USPS. Label and a pre- payment of $50 handling fee, plus any other costs involved in getting the item back to you
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- The homeowner lives on-site, in the completely separate upstairs unit
- Trash: Big trash can next to barbecue
- The property sleeps 2 guests in the queen sleeper sofa, 2 guests in the queen futon, 1 guest in the twin sleeper chair, and 1 guest in the rollaway bed for 6 guests total
- We provide a limited starter pack of basic amenities supplies, that will not be replenished
- There is an internal door between rooms can be locked from inside & there are two different keys for the two rooms
- There is cable, local channels, and a firestick on the big TV in the living area

PARKING:
- After you make a right on Temple Hills Dr. from Pacific Coast Highway “PCH” & Thalia, turn right on Temple Hills Dr. “last street”, pass the house & the small blue car on left, continue on Temple Hills Drive, pass the white divider at the end of street, make a U turn in the wide intersection area at the end of divider, come back & always use the area in front of the “1012 two white garages” for loading/unloading (wider), then proceed to park in the place of the blue car or any other place.
