CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Two keys are located inside a lockbox, which is next to the front door. The code is 1353
- To open, pull down the black lever with your thumb and pull the front of the box away from the box that’s attached to the lockbox. After the key has been removed, please close the box and remember to scramble the numbers
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox (make sure to scramble the code)
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the house by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Don't leave the A/C on with the windows and doors open
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile on top of the washer. If 2+ beach towels were used per person, feel free to wash and dry the towels. Don't wash the comforters or blankets
- During the spring and summer, leave the A/C and fan on 'auto'. Set the temperature to 88 degrees and press the 'hold' button. Turn off all ceiling fans
- During the winter, leave the heat to 50 degrees and press the 'hold' button 
- Set the water heater back to 'vacation' mode
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Pool maintenance occurs on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Garden maintenance is on Friday. This may occur during your stay
- The water heater is in the garage. Turn the knob from 'vacation' to 'warm' for warmer water
- The sliding glass doors are locked and blocked with wood
- The trash cans are outside by the driveway. The brown is for trash, the grey is for recycling, and the green is for garden clippings. There is a small trash under the kitchen sink for recyclables

SPA INFORMATION:
- The spa temperature is set to 101 degrees. The spa control switch is located outside at the backyard patio post and takes 20 minutes to heat up
- IMPORTANT: Don’t forget to turn the spa switch off after each use. The spa uses gas, and the tank will deplete if it's left on
- To use, press the 'SPA' button one time for 1 second. When you are finished, please press the same 'SPA' button. Please ensure the spa is turned off
- The pool filter and waterfall turn on automatically 6 times a day
