    Another successful stay at a PGA West property. This turnkey unit is ideally situated on the Palmer course. It is very easy to get in and out from the main gate and is centrally located, the perfect place to explore the area. It is a beautiful, quiet place to relax and unwind. The only complaint that I have (and it's very minor) is that the "instructions" and "rule book" of the house, which is prominently displayed and worth a read, some of it (in my opinion) is a bit of an overreach. It might be a combination of the HOA rules and what the owners expect. They should be clarified upfront. Because even as a I read it wasn't really clear and did not really make sense given the trash pick up day. One rule asks that you take your garbage with you when you leave. That is a very specific request and, if required, should be discussed upfront. It feels like a campsite rule. Fortunately, our stay fell on a trash pick-up day, and we were able to leave the cans out on the street. The second request is that we wash and fold the sheets and the towels. I am a big believer in leaving a place better than we found it, but that seems like NOW we are working for the owner. Also, if I am paying a service fee on top of the daily rate, that should be part of the "cleaning fee". Regardless, my wife was happy to do it. These are two little gripes and should not take away from a great place to stay.

  • Enjoyable stay

    The rental was very comfortable. Enjoyed the welcome basket, which was thoughtful and for our brief stay the townhome had all the essentials we needed for a pleasant stay. Dwight was very helpful upon our arrival to answer any questions we may have.

  • Wonderful 3bdr on Palmer 8th Tee

    Nice view of the Santa Rosa mountains and the 8th tee at the Palmer Private course. The home was clean and perfect for our two couples. Property manager Dwight was fantastic, engaging us proactively to ensure we had everything we needed. We asked for the windows to be cleaned for a better view and presto, the next day, they were done. We will stay here again if it's available.

  • Townhome with spa

    Roomy layout. Beautiful view of golf course and mountains. Spa was selling point— it was prestine and cleaned weekly. Very quiet neighborhood. Going in the fall was a perfect time to go to the desert. Just wanted to chill and be with family. Eat, drink coffee in the morning on the patio looking at those impressive mountains, and drink wine in the evening looking at the stars come out. At times you can hear the big horn sheep butt horns. We drove a bit to look at them but could only see them at a far distance. They were impressive.
