  • We loved the house. The pool was fantastic!

    We really appreciated the tarps over the pool to protect us from sunburn! We had the pool heated since it was in March and the temperature was perfect. It was nice to have some special touches such as the condiments, hand soap, toilet paper etc. Plenty of towels for pool and home. Very nice grill and very comfortable beds. Large family room and plenty of seating outside. We loved the large kitchen table and the neighborhood as great for walking. The subdivision is very quiet so we could see why the loud music warning is necessary. A few minor hiccups or observations: the garage door didn't work, the icemaker didn't work, and the house could use a little tlc. The tile floor was cracked in the kitchen near the sink, wall marked up by trash can pretty noticeably. Also, it would have been helpful to have directions on how to use the family room TV. But overall we had a great time.

    My husband and daughter stayed in this property. The house was clean and neat. The beds were comfortable. The Outside and pool area was clean and nice. Though the pool needed cleaning. The pool water was murky and there was some type of food floating around....maybe someone had vomited? We didn't call the management contact since we were leaving early the next mornin plus the pool man came to service it midday on our second night. I guess the next guest could enjoy the Clean pool. A few of the Verticals blinds by the sliding doors were broken and kept falling out so we left them off. Again, didn't call management since it didn't impact our trip. Overall the house was nice and clean. Would stay there again.
