Perfect for us!!
5/5 We came to Joshua Tree for a 4 day music festival and the location of the home was perfect! The house was equipped with everything we needed, we felt safe and the home was comfortable and cozy. Gene, The home owner was very prompt with our request for a late check out and was so kind and accommodating I felt like I was taking to my neighbor! We, (My daughters and granddaughter) want to come back and stay here every year now. Definitely would recommend this place and we will be back again.
Cute and clean
5/5 Looks exactly like the photos. Bed was comfy, house was clean. Gene the manager was extremely responsive.
Mini-split heating and cooling for each bedroom and a third for the living area is a plus. Everyone can control their own climate.
A bit or road noise and a rooster crowing were a bummer but would be the same for any rental in the area. I’m from alaska so maybe just sensitive to noise.

We enjoyed stargazing too. It was within walking distance to our favorites: The Joshua Tree Saloon and Joshua Tree National Park.
