Return visit to Indian wells for 5th time
4/5 Firstly I need to thank Robin our host…. She went above and beyond her job and a big thank you to her. The house had positives and negatives…. Great location and pool area was private and secluded which we were looking for, the negatives are directed to homeowner ….. a very expensive home to rent and we expected more, the house is defo in need of a total upgrade from carpets to showers which were not up to standard. We wouldn’t recommend staying here until upgrades have been done

5/5 When we first arrived at the house the pool and heater were not working. They rectified the problem and the homeowner is refunding us for the 2 days it took to fix the heater.
The location of the home is in a very quiet area. The back yard, pool and hot tub was an enjoyable place for all of us. With lots of privacy. We would definitely come back to this home.

Winter break
4/5 Stayed 8 days and the location is close to everything in Palm Desert or LaQuinta. The Evolve team was great to work with, among the best host I’ve ever worked with. 5 stars plus to them. Pool was adequate for my grandkids would be on the small/shallow side for active adults.
Backyard fun
5/5 Beautiful house. Clean. Open. Every you need. Lots of space. Backyard patio huge. Nice big clean pool with elevated jacuzzi and nice waterfall feature. Wonderful
