4/5 I'll start with the house is beautiful! And huge! For what we were doing the location was perfect as it was close-ish to Pinnacles NP and Monterey Bay, and in a nice, quiet, neighborhood. The down side is the complete lack of cook ware in the amazing kitchen. The appliances are really nice, but nothing to cook on/with, which is NOT what I expected at all. We stayed over Thanksgiving, and chose the home specifically for the kitchen - there was not one thing that was made to cook food in the oven. There is very limited flatware/silverware, but there are paper plates and plastic silverware provided. I do not care to eat with plastic forks... Additionally, they list "staples" as being provided in the kitchen. They staples they are talking about, other than the coffee bar, are salt and pepper. Hopefully this gets built up in the future
