5/5 The location of the house was perfect for our stay. The neighborhood was amazing! We could walk to the Hercules Waterfront, as well as to several amazing restaurants in the neighborhood. It was a short drive to Berkeley and San Francisco and everything else we had planned. The house was perfect with 3 upstairs bedrooms and a downstairs primary bedroom. The patio was perfect and we were amazed at all the plants and fruit trees growing. Would definitely stay again!

3/5 The house was nice with plenty of room. Parking was not great. Cabinets and some doors locked so we did not find big trash bin and felt uncomfortable leaving trash bag. Not enough chairs outside to sit. Jacuzzi did not work. Overall the house did work for us but I think they left some information out on website.

Hi Jerri, we’re sorry to hear your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- In addition to street parking, we have one dedicated spot on the driveway behind the house as noted in the listing, but we will look to see if we can make it more clear.
- We keep some cabinets locked to help reduce clutter, but there’s still plenty of storage available for our guests. The trash disposal instructions are on the kitchen bin, we’ll work on making that easier to spot.
- We recently added a new deck and pavilion. While our full outdoor furniture set is still in transit due to international shipping delays, we’ve provided a small table, chairs, and a wooden bench in the meantime.
- We’re sorry to hear the Jacuzzi wasn’t working during your stay. This is the first we’ve heard of any issues, and we’re having it checked and repaired right away.
