Needs a good airing out...and attention.
2/5 The property shows well, however inside the apartment needs some attention...the walk-in closet in the bedroom had a strong odor of soiled baby diapers. There was a playpen and other pieces of infant equipment stored in the closet as well. Earplugs on the bedroom dresser, sound machine, TV and remote without the battery cover and a noisy space heater. The person who lives above the apartment has a toddler and dog that were running back and forth in the evening and early morning. There was mold in the freezer section of the refrigerator. We had to wash the dishes, bowls, cups, mugs and kitchen utensils because there were food stains and food residue stuck to them. The coffee carafe' was cracked, and we cleaned the unit before using it.
The listing could have been more forthcoming about the toddler and the dog upstairs. The bathroom was fine and updated.
We had to wash all of the clothes hanging in the closet upon returning home because the odor had permeated the fabric.
I could have spent the almost $600.00 for two nights and a day and half on a better
maintained environment.
