  We were without power, heat, light...Very dank and musty.The steps were exhausting. Need to warn on add about how many steps there are.

  - During your visit, a county-wide power outage occurred over the Christmas holiday that was completely outside of the owner’s control and impacted the entire area.
  - Once it became clear that power would not be restored quickly, the owner worked to resolve the situation and ultimately provided a full refund for the stay.
  - The owner appreciates your feedback and will continue reviewing listing details to ensure future guests have clear expectations prior to arrival.

  A sweet space to share with friends and enjoy the new year. We had a little trouble figuring out how to set up the WiFi, but that was an easy fix and an otherwise delightful, easy stay.

  The place was comfortable and clean. Host was friendly and responsive. It wasn’t clear that the hot tub was shared with another unit but is supposed to be exclusive to the rental. The carbon monoxide alarm went off at 4am, which was scary.

  We're really glad to hear the home was clean and comfortable, and that the host was responsive during your stay. We also want to acknowledge the concerns you shared, and after speaking with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:
  - The hot tub has a Jack-and-Jill style entrance, with access from both the guest space and a neighboring unit. Guests always have exclusive use during their stay, and we've now worked with the neighboring tenant to improve communication and ensure that exclusivity is clearly respected going forward.
  - We completely understand how alarming it must have been for the carbon monoxide detector to go off at 4 a.m. A technician inspected it right after your stay and confirmed the alert was due to a low battery. That’s now been replaced, and we’ve added a regular battery replacement schedule to help prevent this in the future.
  We appreciate your feedback so we can continue improving the guest experience!
