5/5 This property is great, centrally located, very clean and accessible. Kitchen is fully stocked and very clean with great appliances which is important to me. Our family visited for our son's wedding and this spot is very close to Pismo Beach and Orcutt where the wedding was located. Hosts are awesome and very responsive.

5/5 The house was perfect as we stayed there the weekend of our son‘s wedding. The sun deck on top was lovely as we were able to see Wales spouting. We did find a used water bottle and Gatorade bottle under a couple of beds when we checked in, but otherwise it was pretty clean.

3/5 Great location but this place was quite dirty! Dust everywhere on the floor. Our 11 month old was covered in dirt. There is a rule to use the outside shower if you went to the beach, but the shower didn't work! Lastly, there was a constant beeping coming from the garage all day and night. We reached out to the management our first night and they never responded to our message. Our guests in the rooms downstairs near the garage had difficulty sleeping. Also this is random, but can opener could be found. C'mon, man!

- We’re sorry to hear about the floors and have reinforced expectations with our cleaning team to ensure everything is spotless before each arrival.
- The outdoor shower is functional, but we realize it would have been helpful to provide clearer instructions for use.
- The beeping in the garage was resolved as soon as we were notified, and we’ll continue monitoring to prevent this from happening again.
- We’ll also make sure a can opener is available so future guests have all the basics for their stay.

Would stay again
4/5 Overall it was great. Lots of space. I do think the cleaning fee is a bit high for what we had to do. We were asked to remove all the trash, strip all the beds of linen, and clean and put away any dishes. Location was perfect. Oh and the mattresses peobably could be changed. The one in the master is actually tilting towardd the head board on one side.
