5/5 The photos online do not do this house justice. This house is absolutely beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house is very well stocked with necessities, which made us feel at home. The location was perfect. The State beach is walking distance, or you can drive onto the beach. Pismo pier is a 5 minute drive. The parking situation was difficult. There is no parking allowed in the driveway, which left our second car to the street, which would have been ok but the neighbors made it clear they didn’t like us parking in front of their house. There’s also a really rude neighbor in the condo community. Our porch light was on during the day and the neighbor approached my husband/children to warn him that the light better be off in the evening. There’s clearly an issue with him and the lights of the rental. He’s extremely aggressive. Overall, the house was comfortable and beautiful.

Perfect Location
5/5 Beautiful house—definitely for adults. Too many stairs for toddlers and no gates available. Excellent location—close to beach and many other activities. Rooftop deck was fun for watching July 4th fireworks. Overall an amazing experience and place! I was disappointed about the parking—photos show a nice driveway, but parking wasn’t allowed on driveway. Street parking worked okay.

5/5 The house was beautiful and only a short walk to the beach. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. It was a very quiet neighborhood.
