I stayed there over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was beautiful however there were dead ants on the kitchen counter where I needed to cook dinner at. I was afraid the Raid or whatever was use the kill on contact was still on the counter. I ask if there were cleaning supplies in the house in order to properly clean the kitche ln Then the garage disposal side of the sink would not drain on Thanksgiving day. I sent a video to the house manager and she suggested I put a knife in it and try to unclog it. Needless to say my husband had to get under the sink and fix the issue, not exactly what you plan on doing while traveling. When we checked-in the code I was given to unlock the door did not work. Im just glad the property manager answered the phone when I called. Iwas disappointed in the lack of concern about my issues. The manger reach out to the owners about my problems in the house but she said the owners have not got back to her. It has been 2 weeks and no communication. I will not be staying there again.
