5/5 We arrived a couple of hours early and Richard was kind enough to let us check-in early. There are several lake beaches and golf course nearby. This is a gated community and the beaches are private.
The house was very clean and roomy. We bbq'd a couple of nights and the deck was great! I do wish the furniture on the deck was wiped down but Im sure it is difficult to keep clean with all the trees.
The house is very well stocked with everything you will need from coffee, spicies, toiletrees, etc.
We enjoyed our stay and it was a luxury to walk into an air-conditioned house after a day of hiking in Yosemite's 92 degree weather. We were sure happy we decided on the condo over camping that week.

Spacious townhome/ great location
5/5 We enjoyed our four night stay in this spacious, well-equipped townhome. The reason for the trip was to visit Yosemite and this property has a good location in Groveland. There are a few decent restaurants in town. The best restaurant we tried was near the Big Oak Flat park entrance at Evergreen Lodge at Yosemite.

Groveland stay
4/5 Plenty of space for two friends to share. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Close to the entrance to this community, so it was easy to get in and out of the Pine Mountain area.
Quiet refuge
5/5 Loved coming back from a busy day at Yosemite to this cozy, quiet condo. A beautiful deck space, comfy beds, and great seating area. The kitchen could use a little bit of reorganization and updating, but loved the Keurig coffee and paper products provided. We had a wonderful visit and would recommend this place.

5/5 We celebrated our 39th anniversary here and had a wonderful time. The place is beautiful and very well stocked. We hope to rebook it soon!!
