The house was spacious and beds and lounge comfortable. Very minimal cooking implements. Some household items weren't available on arrival, but the host organised these to be delivered promptly.The house finishes showed very poor workmanship and the yard was neglected.Overall ok for a short stay.

The house appears to be a cheaply done flip. On the surface, it looked nice enough, but buyer beware, the bones need to be fixed. Multiple electrical outlets are non-functional, the floors are uneven, and the grout in the showers is already failing. Yes, the hose is up for sale.

The photos on the listing was very misleading. The property was not maintained. The lot had over grown plants and the yard was not landscaped. I had booked this thinking this property would be a good place for my kids to run around and play. But it was not safe.
The house itself was halfway renovated. But it was dusty and had the smell of old house/house renovation. There were silverware and some pots and pans. However they were just dumped messily inside the drawers. I have photos of everything so I have proof of what I’m saying. I could not sleep that first night and called my travel company as well as evolve to file a complaint. We did not stay there for the second night. I booked a hotel room so we can be comfortable. There were ants crawling in the house when we got there in the evening. Called the host and she came with her two teen children. The did spray the ants and the area where they were coming from but she didn’t even wipe or clean it up after. I don’t think these people know how to host a rental property. Or simply do not care. It’s obvious they are trying to flip this property but want to make money off it while they are renovating.
I’m still waiting for the email from evolve so I can apply for a refund.
To be fair, I think (I hope) we were the 1st group to rent this home. Key lockbox open at arrival, necessitating a search of the house by our husbands to ensure no one was inside. Great location, but extremely poorly executed flip type house. No hot water the 1st night. Half a roll of TP for each bathroom, with no dispenser (just sitting on window sill). 4 towels, no hand towels or washcloths were provided. We had to buy these at Target. TV and internet did not work. Also many outlets in the house were inoperable. This was especially inconvenient in the bathrooms. Hackey electrical, cabinetry, and paint work throughout the house. The house location is great, in a nice neighborhood. Beds and furniture are new. Also, fun fact, and I am not making this up; there is a skunk den in the front yard (be careful).
