3/5 I think the listing was not as nice as it was advertised. When we got to the house we were confused about getting in the house with the lock box next to the front door. We contacted the owner and he explained the code was on the door. The game room was in the garage and freezing. We were afraid to use the hot tub because it smelled. Our bed had worn out polyester sheets. When we got to the house the heat was not on and the house was freezing. I needed to sleep with my clothing on. The house finally warmed up in the middle of the night. Otherwise I was happy to find housing in the area. There is not much housing in that area.

We regret that certain aspects of your visit did not meet your expectations. To enhance future experiences, we are replacing all of the sheets in the house, adding additional space heaters, and relocating the lock box to prevent any further confusion. We also had our weekly spa maintenance service check on the spa for any issues to ensure it is in proper working order. We value your input and hope that, should you choose to stay with us again, your next visit will be even more comfortable and enjoyable.
5/5 5/5 5 of us guys stayed for four days of golf. The location is perfect for Graeagle, Plumas Pines, WhiteHawk and Grizzly Ranch. We will rent again.
