Great Guesthouse in Gilroy
5/5 We had a great stay in this house over Labor Day weekend. The house was in a nice secluded location yet near to town. Very spacious and had everything we needed - even had crib and high chair for the babies. Had a small glitch with the water but host and property manager were very responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!
Nice location
3/5 Generally we had a good stay and it’s a nice location. There were just a number of small issues that added up to being enough that we wouldn’t stay again without things being resolved. The plug on the spout of the tub to use the shower in the main bathroom didn’t work at all so we couldn’t use it. There was no light switch in the closet or the pull cord was pulled out so I had to unscrew the light bulb. The water pressure in the other shower was near zero so 4 people with long hair made for difficult showers. A towel rack was falling off. Some light switches didn’t all work all the time. These were mostly small issues that if any one was there it wouldn’t be a big deal but all of them added up to being a bit frustrating especially at the price point.

4/5 Great location, clean, and good arrival and check-out communication/instructions. Some windows and the sliders did not have screens. String for master suite closet light had been removed so the light stayed on. Low water pressure but likely because the property is on a well. However, these things were minor and didn’t spoil our visit.
