Unclean kitchen
1/5 The property was beautiful but the kitchen cupboards & drawers were filthy.
We did not have WiFi for 3 days & the water to the house was off for a few hrs.
The property manager addressed the water quickly
I would appreciate a refund because we had planned on using the kitchen.

Nice, large house
5/5 It was a nice large house with plenty of space for our 3 generations. We didn't spend much time at the house because we were in town for a family wedding, but we liked how clean it was, how secure the property was and how conveniently located it was for our event in Morgan Hill. Our family also stayed in the guest house on the property, which was really convenient for all of us. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were very responsive with our requests. Thank you!

Large, comfortable, private house
5/5 Our extended family stayed in both the main house and guest house. We loved the privacy and close proximity to a family wedding in Morgan Hill. The large house was great as a home base, and we liked the convenience of cooking breakfast and not having to go out for every meal. It is a lovely private and quiet property with a gated entrance. The deck, gorgeous courtyard and outdoor areas are so lovely at night with all the lights on! The owners were very quick to send out help when we first checked in and the water was not working, and fixed the issue immediately. Previous comments had mentioned the a/c and WiFi not being reliable, but that definitely been fixed as the a/c and the wifi worked perfectly. Thank, Joey and Nita for a great stay!
Perfect location
5/5 This house was definitely home away from home. We felt like royalty staying in this huge property, with beautiful roses and fruit trees. Perfect location for day trips to San Fran, Moss Landing, Monterey!
