A LITTLE TOO LIVED IN
4/5 Great size. Needs some updating. Kitchen cabinets need organizing and cleaning out. Found clothes items in closets. Definitely felt like someone's home that they just stepped away for the day. Watch out for front porch tiles - very slick in wet weather. Spectacular sunrise view out the front!!

5/5 This property is very clean and nice. The owner is promptly responded on questions. I had been staying in this private area a couple of times. I strongly recommend it.
Unclean kitchen
1/5 The property was beautiful but the kitchen cupboards & drawers were filthy.
We did not have WiFi for 3 days & the water to the house was off for a few hrs.
The property manager addressed the water quickly
I would appreciate a refund because we had planned on using the kitchen.

Nice, large house
5/5 It was a nice large house with plenty of space for our 3 generations. We didn't spend much time at the house because we were in town for a family wedding, but we liked how clean it was, how secure the property was and how conveniently located it was for our event in Morgan Hill. Our family also stayed in the guest house on the property, which was really convenient for all of us. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were very responsive with our requests. Thank you!
