• House with a view and plenty of room

  This is a lovely house with many bedrooms and is very conducive to having pets. The kitchen is a nice size to work in. However, the appliances are very dated and sort of of work. I believe that they have pretty much everything you need, but it’s such a hodgepodge of things that it was hard to tell. The deck was marvelous, loved looking out over that beautiful view, would suggest may be providing an umbrella because there is that east-west sun and it’s nice to be able to spend both morning and evening there . I would come back to this house again.

  nice place to stay. It needs a little more improvement. we were lucky we were there a little early and met the cleaning lady and asked her for some more cleaning requirements which were missed. also, there was no propane gas for the outside fire pit. so we couldn't take advantage of the balcony and its beautiful view. In General, the property and the location is a good choice to pick for a few days of relaxation and spending time with family and friends

• Our Family Christmas Reunion

  We had a great time, this was our family's first time at a cabin for Christmas. Kristine was very helpful.They just need to do a little more deep cleaning. But other than that we had a wonderful time!

• Spacious

  Very spacious and nice for a big family. If can be better if it was well kept and cleaned. Definitely suggest you take your own toiletries, toilet paper and towels as there is a very limited supply. You may want to take kitchen cleaning supplies such as paper towels or cleaning rags if you plan to cook. Our family has the tendency of over packing, so all that extra stuff we took came in handy.

• Warm inside, cold and snow outside

  Great place, excellent layout of property.Key Pros:- Kitchen is super equipped.. we had small kids etc and wanted to cook at home.. felt at home- rooms are perfect, there is no unwanted space. layout is very nice.- nearby pine mtn store has EVERYTHING you might need, use that to optimize what you carry.- heaters are great, but do get dry, so would be good to bring along a humidifier if you are sensitive.- showers are super warm and excellent flow- do get a fire starter in case you want to fire up the indoor fireplace.. it wasnt super cold, so we chose not to.Suggestions for mgmt:- have more clear directions to start the heater. Could have saved Mr David a trip through the cold.. - have spare batteries for the remotes (our did work though)- have better pics of the location (took us a little bit in the dark, was not super difficult)
