  Was in town for a couple of days. The place was cozy and had all the amenities. Had a visit with the neighborhood deer…was beautiful. Kathleen was very accommodating!Thank you for a great stay. We hope to be back soon!

  Thank you for the review Marcella. I am glad you appreciated the amenities. I really want people to have what they need, especially in the kitchen! The deer do like to sit and hang out in the yard. They jump the fence since there are no dogs around. It is special to have an encounter.maybe you will come again and have another encounter!

  Adequate furnishings. Large dirt yard. No toiletries except for liquid hand soap and a bar of Irish Spring soap. No access to washer/dryer. Minimal number of towels (due to "conserving water"). Clean rooms.

  - Due to drought conditions along the coast this summer, we're unable to water the lawn, which has affected the yard's appearance.
  - We stock plenty of towels in the bathrooms, with additional towels stored in the cedar chest in the main bedroom for guest use.
  - While we don’t list toiletries as being provided, we’re always just a call or text away and happy to supply anything you might need during your stay.
  We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience.

  Very nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Some family members were camping at nearby MacKerricher State Beach, and the proximity of this property made it easy to enjoy time around the campfire and then return to the house for a warm bed and shower. Good communication with the owner. Highly recommend this property.
