Wonderful house
5/5 We enjoyed the stay at this clean, beautiful, well kept home so much we are already looking to book it again. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood close to everything you could possibly need. Sylvia is very friendly and responsive, she took the time to answer All my questions. Perfect place to enjoy family time and forget about routines! We enjoyed every space in the house, beds are very confortable, clean fresh linens and towels, plenty blankets, the pool and hot tub perfect way to enjoy the weather.
Everything works perfectly, kitchen has anything you need. The house is perfect to spend quality time with the fam.
We will book again!

Great for families
5/5 Clean and spacious, well appointed in the kitchen, and a nice backyard with hot tub and pool. Great communication via SMS. Overall a good value for 6-8 person family.

Technical Difficulties
3/5 Booked house specifically for hot tub. The hot tub heater had a glitch. Owners did all they could to help, which was appreciated, but we were not able to use the hot tub as much as we had hoped.

Hi Courtney, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We ensure all amenities are working before every guest's arrival, however, we’re sorry to hear you encountered some maintenance issues during your stay. We apologize that it took a while for the hot tub to heat up. We do understand that these amenities play a large role when guests book a property.
- We turned the hot tub heat on remotely to accommodate you and also reached out to our hot tub maintenance company to troubleshoot the problem. We did everything possible to make your stay enjoyable, including allowing you to keep the hot tub heat on longer than usual, which we see you did every night of your stay, to make up for the slower heating.
