  My stay at The Yurt was a unreal. I checked in on a Thursday and had the most warm welcome by Carrie and Bob. The communication was amazing making sure check in was easy and they even unlocked the door for ease of entry when I arrived!

  Staying at this beautiful homey space was like living in a warm hug. They had a book of their inspiration and I enjoyed so much knowing the history behind the vision. The kitchenette was PERFECT, they even had a pots and pans for cooking. The fridge was perfect size and the Keurig was perfect for coffee in the morning! Although, the bed was soooo comfy.

  The window in front of the best had the most magical view during the day and was even better at night. My daughter, who is 8, made herself at home on the hammock on the back side of the yurt where there was also a cozy balcony where I could sit and hang with her. She hardly moved from the spot and fell in love with the sunsets.

  My stay at the Yurt was an unforgettable experience and I can't wait to visit again.

  We stayed here for the weekend back in June and had an amazing time. It was definitely a unique experience. It was very peaceful and quiet. The surrounding property with the pond and bridge really made it so special. Everything about the yurt was so thoughtfully put together. The owners were also so accommodating and extremely communicative! Can’t wait to stay at the next property they offer.

  What an amazing, off the grid, get-a-way celebration for my Mom's upcoming birthday!!

  From us checking in to checking out (and everything in between), Carrie was an amazing host. She was always available via text if we had any questions / concerns like, "my door code isn't working" (user error), "where should we go eat dinner?," "are you sure we can't stay here forever?," or "how in the world did you get that boat into the pond?"

  The place was super clean, the details with the decor were amazing, the views were magnificent, and the little extra touches (chilled bottle of wine, photo of us in a hot air balloon from the yurt patio, birthday dessert) made our stay one of a kind.

  Thanks so much, I can't wait to come back!
