Lovely VRBO
5/5 Easy walk to the beach! Very comfortable well appointed home. Close to all the Redwoods. Would definitely recommend. Stop in to Gil's by the Bay (just around the corner from the house). Great breakfast & lunch (not open every day)

DISAPPOINTED
2/5 Property is NOT up to stadard. We had mold on celiing in bedroom, bathroom , no Wifi or cable. . No ADA compliant

Hi Kathy, this homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response:
"Thank you for your concerns, Unfortunately upon check in the internet was
out due to reasons beyond our control. The internet and TV service provider
had to repair a wire after PG&E made a repair. Upon check in our property
manager had expressed our apologies for the inconvenience. On Saturday the
internet was restored with limited speed and on Tuesday the 6th It was back
to normal. We are sorry again for this inconvenience as I expressed when I
offered a refund of $160.00 in cash that you accepted. We inspected the
Master bedroom and did not find any mold. There was a small water stain
from a leak that needed to be painted and has been painted. We did not find
any stains or signs of mold in the bathroom. In the description of the
property, it is clearly stated that there are stairs to enter the property.
Once again sorry for the Internet issues we fixed it as fast as we could
possible as it was in the hands of the providers."Home /w a dock.
4/5 Property was perfect for our stay. We’ll be back if they’ll have us.
Never received an email with check in procedures, door code, etc. However, we did speak with the owner who gave us everything we needed.
It was such a unique stay. Perfect distance from the beach.
