    When we have to do our charity events in NORCAL, we always stay here as it is close, convenient and a decent peaceful place to stay. We'll be back in the Fall.

    The Ranchita sits up on a knoll with 360 views of the Esparto foothills and the Sacramento river valley. The house is big and airy and bright with lots of windows. It is a comfortable home with lots of space to relax and get away from it all. The surrounding yard and grounds are great and our dog enjoyed running and exploring and playing. Away from it all but close to what you need. We had a great time and hope to come back again.

    Loved the fact plenty of parking able to park four bass boats and trucks and also off the road so gear was safe in the boats seen deer from the house in evening would not hesitate to stay here agsin
