  This property was a complete disappointment and should not be listed on VRBO. It looked nothing like the photos. The home was dirty upon arrival—smudges on the mirrored closets, trash on the floor, and the cabinets had old razors or random used items in them. We even found expired meat (over a year old!) in the freezer. There were only 5 towels provided for a large group, the backyard was filthy, and the pool was green and clearly not maintained. The lounge chairs were broken and covered in leaves. To make matters worse, there were multiple surveillance cameras inside and outside the house, which made us extremely uncomfortable. I feel misled and wish I could get my money back. Avoid this rental.

Please know that we always do our best to maintain a clean, welcoming home and to take great care of our guests. Before your arrival, I informed you of a major plumbing issue that unfortunately occurred due to the negligence of a previous guest. I decided to expedite the repair at significant personal cost (over $1,000 extra), to honor your reservation and avoid canceling your family’s stay. The repair and cleaning teams finished their work just before your arrival to ensure the home was ready for you. Regarding your privacy concerns, I want to be very clear that there are absolutely no cameras inside the house for recording/watching. The only cameras installed are for the outside area to be specifically for the garage, and the entry areas, solely for safety reasons and protection of guests and property.
  
  In response to your concern about the frozen food in the freezer. There is a sign for the cleaning crew with a sign stating, “Private, please”. Similarly, the razor found inside the cabinet was not for personal use, but was used by cleaners to remove gum and sticky substances from the floor, and they had hidden it there. As for the pool, we have a pool man who routinely and on schedule cleans the pool, and it is common that with a large backyard and so many trees / Greens around, debris and leaves constantly fall into the pool despite our regular maintenance efforts. I’m genuinely sorry for any inconvenience you experienced and truly hope you understand the circumstances. We value your feedback and hope, in light of the efforts made to accommodate your stay, you’ll consider this experience in a broader context when leaving your review.   Exceptionally clean , beautiful and spacious home in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

  Conveniently located in shopping and dining area. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. Management was very accommodating and we had a very good experience, in fact we were greeted with welcoming basket and much more amenities. Highly recommend it and hopefully we will stay there again if our plan allows.

  We definitely would rate it 5 starts and even more .

• Comfortable Home in Quiet Neighborhood

  We enjoyed staying at this nice home in a nice neighborhood. The owners really wanted us to have a nice stay and it shows. Great to have access to a pool and nice indoor spaces for spending time with loved ones. Thank you!
