    (-) Major WiFi reliability issues - complete disconnections multiple times daily requiring router resets

    (-) Significant ant problem throughout unit including in beds (guests were bitten)

    (-) Access code didn't work at check-in, requiring troubleshooting

    (-) Only one key card provided for building access

    (-) Harsh white LED lighting throughout

    (-) No door on master bedroom bathroom

    (-) Bright exterior light shines directly into master bedroom through non-blackout blinds

    (-) Kitchen poorly equipped (except for dishes/silverware)

    (-) Floor lamp in bedroom non-functional

    (-) Owner dismissive of WiFi issues, suggested using personal hotspot instead

    (-) Demanding checkout process (10am, strip beds, run dishwasher, remove all trash) despite multiple issues

    (-) Sketchy location with unsafe parking suggestion under a bridge during checkin

    **Overall:** While the outdoor space was lovely and the owner initially responsive, persistent technology issues, pest problems, and poor customer service when addressing concerns made this an overpriced and frustrating stay. The combination of WiFi failures during work meetings, ant bites, and dismissive responses to legitimate issues created a disappointing experience that didn't match the premium pricing.

    Pest Control: After your stay, a pest control service found no signs of infestation. We will continue to monitor the property closely.
    WiFi Issues: We confirmed with Xfinity that all equipment was functioning. Certain VPNs and high data usage may have caused connectivity issues. As a workaround, you can cast your phone to the TV or use the conference room provided.
    Ensuite Bathroom Layout: The open en suite bathroom layout is typical for similar units, but there are two six-foot long mirrored closets before entering the main bathroom for added privacy and convenience.
    Check-Out Process: Our simplified checkout requires minimal duties. We appreciate guests emptying the trash in the chute down the hall. Please return the key fob and card at checkout. We will clarify the check-in time of 4:00 p.m. and checkout at 11:00 a.m. in our listing.
    Access: The building access code was provided prior to your visit, allowing you to enter without issues.
    Access: The unit#402 access code was provided prior to your visit, allowing you to enter without issues.
    Parking: We provide one key card for the garage, which accommodates one vehicle only.
    Kitchen Equipment: The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, gas cooktop and oven, refrigerator with ice maker, a DeLonghi coffee maker, teapot, toaster, milk frother, coffee grinder, and a mixer.
    Indoor Lighting: The family room and kitchen have 14-foot ceilings with dimmable lights, and additional lamp lighting in the bathrooms and both bedrooms.

    Owners were extremely dishonest with the booking process suggesting my reservation was fraudulent. We had a CONFIRMED reservation and then the back morning we were traveling

    - We provide decorative shams on the beds as pictured, along with a full set of sleeping pillows with white pillowcases, all professionally laundered after each stay.
    - We use a professional cleaning service to make sure all bedding and linens are fresh and ready for every guest.
    - The Amtrak station is nearby and trains typically run every 2 to 3 hours during the day, between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., according to an Amtrak representative.

    Very nice unit with outdoor terrace. Nicely decorated, completely function. Good neighborhood, great location with plenty of walkability. Surprisingly quiet. Owner is very generous to share this unit with VRBO clients.
