  The place looked ok, not nice. You can tell they tried with the furnishing, comfortable couch and nice table and bar seating area, but the house itself wasn’t very nice. Walls were painted poorly and different shades/colors on the same walls, missing spots and lots of holes.

  My complaint about the listing was when it says 1.5 bathrooms, everyone would assume a full bath (sink, toilet, shower) and a half bath (sink and toilet), the half bath was a walk in closet that they put a shower in.

  Hot water for showers wasn’t hot, more than warm but not hot. No washer and dryer access in the house. Assuming they had one in the part that was locked but we couldn’t access it.

  The manual driveway gate also has a broken wheel so it’s hard to open and close.m, it’s doable but should be a $10 fix to make it more easy to open.

  A few other things, there must be a bunch of cracks around doors because every day I found more cockroaches in the house. They must have sprayed because they were dying in the house. There were no fitted sheets for the larger bed, also had two throw pillows but no normal pillows.

  Last thing, which is my fault, I should have looked and seen that it’s right by the train tracks that running throughout the night, this isn’t on them, but want people to know they go in the night and you can hear the trains moving and when they blow the horn.
