5/5 We had a great time in this lovely cabin. The host thought of everything & was very helpful!! The cabin is very close to the lake, grocery store and a cute Mexican restaurant we were able to walk to. Food was great! Highly recommend this cabin!!!!We would stay again!!!

Great home- some hiccups
3/5 We got in 1.5 hours late due to a dead keypad and an eventual maintenance repair. First morning there was a scheduled power outage that we were not notified about so we couldn’t make coffee/breakfast/get ready for the day. Then finally when we left keypad was dead again so couldn’t even lock the home. Frustrating today the least, I asked for a partial refund/compensation which was not granted at this time. Additionally, no toiletries as posted in description. We also ran out of toilet paper and there was no extras. Beautiful home, good views, w/d convenient. Comfy beds. Great location. We made the best of it and enjoyed the decks and nice weather.

- We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the dead keypad. Our maintenance team responded as quickly as possible to resolve the issue, and the keypad has since been replaced
- The power outage was due to unplanned repairs by Southern California Edison. We were not notified in advance, and we apologize for the disruption it caused to your morning routine
- We always provide toiletries for the maximum occupancy of 8 individuals, and we're sorry you found them insufficient for your 10 guests
- It's great to hear that you enjoyed the home, views, and comfortable beds despite the issues you encountered

5/5 We loved our stay! The location is great, right by the lake, and the house was clean and had everything needed for a lovely few days stay with family. It was charmingly decorated as well. We will certainly return!
