Overview
3/5 Overall it was pretty nice. There was an aunt problem and we had to buy spray to kill them. Also, there was hair on the sheets in the master bedroom and we also had to buy new sheets to put on the bed which was very disturbing.

We had the pest control service come out the same day to service the property to help with ant issues. In the past, we utilize a pest control company every quarter but have increased this to a monthly service.
The owners will pass along your feedback to the cleaners so they can look into the items you mention and address them for future guests. We refunded your cleaning fee in full upon notice of these few items.
