Beautiful house on the river
4/5 Huge house on the river, beautiful view. Wi-Fi is a little spotty. Linens were somewhat washed out but owner might be replacing them for the next renters. Overall a good experience.

Great Getaway
5/5 We stayed with our adult children and two grandchildren. Enjoyed sitting outside on the deck with our coffee, enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We even took family photos down by the river. Great house for our family.

Smith River family vacation!
5/5 This was our second visit to the house. We love the location. My grandchildren love the river and the rope swing up the river. You can see them in the water from the house. I spent a lot of time in the kitchen, the view is amazing.Thank you so much for a wonderful family vacation.

Marvelous time
5/5 We loved this big beautiful house with many lovely features. The upstairs particularly was inviting and welcoming. It was right on the river with a staircase to the river bank. The house was a short drive to the Redwood rainforest (Jedediah Smith). Our enchanting and inspiring visit to the Trees was thoroughly supported and enhanced by staying at this wonderful house.
