Beautiful Home with Amazing View
4/5 The property is beautiful and spacious, easily accommodating 7 people. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are several areas where you can relax. The air conditioning and Tesla charger were both blessings, and the grill works great. Unfortunately, the beds were stiffer than what any of us preferred, and the hot tub was marginally functional. Otherwise this was a great stay.

Perfection
5/5 The house is gorgeous, the view is incredible. Watching sunsets from the deck was the perfect way to close out the day. We will definitely be back. Super communicative contacts, small hiccup was handled with professionalism and speed. Great house, lots of deer, beautiful location.

Girls Getaway Fun
5/5 Seven friends gathered together for a fun getaway. We appreciated that home was secluded with a wonderful hot tub, and a great deck with lovely views. It is always special to stay in a home that is comfortable and well decorated. The beautiful chandelier in the dining area, charming furniture, comfortable beds and bedding, full length windows, air conditioning and a modern kitchen made the getaway extra special and relaxing.
We had pizza one night from the St. Charles Saloon in Columbia. Delicious. We walked around Columbia in the late afternoon on a weekday. Great opportunities for photos at that time of the day. We also visited Murphys which is always fun for shopping, wine tasting and delicious food. We were there on a Tuesday and some shops are closed. But that made it less crowded so it worked out well for us. We did not go into Sonora as many of us still live there! But if you are not from the area, downtown Sonora is also great for fun shopping and dining. The Peaceful retreat is so close to all of these little towns so that is a great reason to stay here.
We spent lovely evenings on the large deck and used the telescope to check out the night sky. We brought our own camping chairs to comfortably accommodate all of us. We did not really do any cooking but there is a large barbecue if you are into that. We just wanted to relax and feel pampered and staying here did the trick. All of us would highly recommend this for a girls getaway retreat.
