3/5 Communication with owner and Evolve team was slow. Evolve email said call or email owner for key info but after doing both over a couple days, I texted and owner indicated they only communicate by text. Then after we had been there 2 days, got email from Evolve saying hoped we had got in!! When we first arrived a couple of the beds looked wrinkled and appeared they had been laid/slept on. Back slider door didn’t lock. Only TV that worked for us was in the family room. Positives were a beautiful home and handy location for visiting Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks. Kitchen was stocked with spices and dishes etc. Pool area was an oasis and very relaxing!

- We text guests before or on the day of check-in since the lockbox code expires after 24 hours, but we’ll work with Evolve to make sure future communication is clearer.
- We wish we had known about the TV issue during your stay—this is something we’ve quickly resolved for past guests when contacted directly.
- Fresh linens are always provided, and while the cleaning team works to present beds professionally, some creasing may occur due to the bed layouts.
- We’re looking into the back slider door lock and will make any necessary repairs to ensure guest safety and comfort.
