My stay July 2023
1/5 I never do a review, but in this case I think I need to. This review is so that way the owners/renters take actions
As soon as we got to the place it was dusty there was no A/C. July is a super hot 🥵 weather and not having an A/C is an issue specifically if is 110 degrees. We were trying to contact the property owner the number that was provided to us , but never got an answer. We end up buying fans in other to support the heat.
On the other hand I didn’t see any reply by Evolve on the app it was by email.
Please note that they reply the next day.

4/5 Our fourth stay at Hal's place. Just a couple of old farts fishing for bass. Perfect weather. Having the boat tied up so close to the lake is excellent. House is clean. Beds are comfortable and everything in the house is in good working order. Thanks Hal!

4/5 The house is very conveniently located. Tucked away from the lake itself but easy to hop on the boat and get to the lake. I wish the fish had been biting.....
